Development of Terms of Reference for the 2005/2006 Review

The Terms of Reference are currently being developed under the guidance of the Advisory Council.

It is anticipated that many of the Terms of Reference for the present review will be similar to the Terms of Reference of the 1995 review, but additional terms may be added.
